The area is being overrun by a tide of criminal activity. A group known as Team Rocket is responsible for the widespread abduction of Pokémon, which has caused an unparalleled level of terror.
The police are using all of their efforts to put an end to this time of repression; yet, the criminals are so well organized that their efforts are not sufficient. Some trainers made the decision to take on TEAM ROCKET using their own resources, but they were ultimately unsuccessful in doing so, despite the fact that some of them were successful in foiling the organization’s schemes.
All trainers who are judged to be capable of engaging in combat with a Pokémon are now given the means to defend themselves, as part of a procedure that has been put into effect in order to both fortify the trainers and prevent the gathering of Pokémon in laboratories or other centralized locations. Will this be sufficient to bring an end to the period of turmoil that has been affecting the region?
