The Mynoan Civilization’s mystical world is in danger from a massive Deluge that might wipe out the entire population. The Capitol, which formerly stood above the ocean, is now the only remnant of this once-great society. At the center of this trouble, our main character, Ivan, and a mysterious entity named Charon make a last-ditch effort to pass through a magical portal into a realm full of excitement and adventure: the Pokémon world.

MYSTERIOUS DIRECTIONS FROM CHARON: WHERE TO GO?

Knowing they will certainly be separated, Charon gives Ivan an important command as they leave on their doomed journey, pushing him to reconnect as quickly as possible. With determination inscribed into his heart, Ivan arrives on the picturesque waters of Route 300, a stone’s throw away from Aleph Town. He has no idea that his path will take a dramatic change.

THE KINDNESS OF STRANGERS: FABIO PINK’S WARM RECEPTION

The onslaught of events overcomes Ivan as he tries to navigate this strange land, and he eventually collapses on the beach. A good-hearted local named Fabio Pink comes to his aid. Fabio welcomes the lost traveler into his home, providing him safety and rest.

IVAN’S JOURNEY NORTHWARD BEGINS

Feeling refreshed, Ivan sets off to the north on his own accord. On his way, he meets a Pokémon Trainer named Rachel, who is in the midst of a dangerous battle against a powerful Pokémon foe. Ivan pulls a Pokémon out of Rachel’s backpack and uses it effectively, allowing him to triumph despite the difficulty of the situation.

TO BE REVEALED: A FATAL ENCOUNTER AT THE ALEPH TOWN BAR AND GRILL

Ivan and Rachel’s destinies intertwine, and they meet in the friendly Aleph Town Bar and Grill, where they tell each other’s stories and trade Pokémon. After that brief but life-altering encounter, Rachel heads west to Styxwater Town on her expedition.
