This is the most recent installment in the series, and it was given the official name of WWE SmackDown vs. Raw when it was launched.

The Raw and SmackDown brands of professional wrestling that are included in the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) federation serve as the inspiration for this video game. The original title of the game, WWE Smackdown vs. Raw, was not used for the release of the 2012 edition of the game; rather, the game was titled WWE ’12.
