Gingka Hagane has submitted his application to compete in the “Nosferatu Boy Beyblading Tournament” together with his Storm Pegasus. However, this competition is shrouded in mystery because when Bladers are defeated in their fights, they are depleted of energy and unable to get off the ground. Due to his outrage over this novel idea for Beyblading, Gingka has decided to find and punish the madman who created it.
