Dr. Ryuta Kawashima’s study, a notable Japanese neuroscientist, inspired Brain Age. His research examined the effects of practicing specific reading and arithmetic activities to stimulate the brain. On your first day of exercise, you will complete a battery of tests to measure the age of your brain. This is known as your DS Brain Age. Perform regular activities for a few minutes each day for weeks or months to improve your skills and reduce your DS Brain Age! Why is brain training beneficial?
