In many respects, this is the best Burnout because it includes the series’ finest modes: crash mode, chase mode, road rage, and time attack. Burnout Legends also includes music from Burnout, Burnout 2: Point of Impact, and Burnout 3: Takedown. Burnout Legends has various popular gaming modes, such as Crash, Pursuit, and Eliminator. The World Tour, an international racing competition that puts you against some incredible racers, will provide you with many of these. Winning these events grants access to various locations worldwide, and some of the 72 automobiles end up in your garage. The visuals are adequate, although a touch gloomy in some sections, but you’re typically moving too quickly to stop and smell the roses. Some wreck replays are pleasing, but the Impact Time slow-motion crash scenes are a work in progress for the DS.
