Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Echoes of Time is a creative new multiplayer gaming idea that allows Wii and DS players to play side by side for the first time. This technological innovation lets players on both Nintendo systems adventure together through the wondrous setting of the popular Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles series. Echoes of Time has a gameplay mechanism that enables a smooth, in-game transition from single to multiplayer mode. With this latest adventure in the FFCC series, you may play anytime, anywhere, with anybody, and experience a new level of connectedness. The triumphant return from a monster-infested woodland completes the 16-year-old hero’s coming-of-age ritual. However, the hero’s happiness is short-lived when a young village girl is discovered to suffer from a mystery ailment known as “crystal sickness.” Determined to find the cure, the hero leaves the secluded community for the first time, only to discover a world where crystals are only relics of the past and no longer exist. Players may switch between single and multiplayer modes at any moment while playing, allowing them to enjoy two fantastic gaming choices in one seamless experience. A customizable hero can be created from one of the series’ four known races: Clavats, Lilties, Selkies, or Yukes. Players may continue to enjoy the game after finishing the main adventure since the New Game+ feature increases the challenge and delivers better items with each new round.
