Fossil Fighters

Fossil Fighters, also known in Japan as Bokura wa Kasekihorid (lit. “We Are Fossil Diggers”), is a 2008 video game developed and released by Nintendo SPD, Red Entertainment, M2, and Artdink. It was initially published in Japan on April 17, 2008, followed by North America on August 10, 2009, and Australia on September 17, 2009. Super Kasekihorid, a sequel, was announced on September 10, 2010, and was published in Japan on November 18, 2010. At the end of Nintendo’s E3 2011 conference, it was revealed that it would be published outside of Japan, initially as Super Fossil Fighters, but then changed to Fossil Fighters: Champions. On November 14, 2011, it was released in North America. Nintendo casually unveiled the first installment of the Nintendo 3DS, Fossil Fighters: Frontier, at E3 2014. The game was published in North America in 2015. However, it has been accessible in Japan since February 2014.
