Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney: Trials and Tribulations

Players take on the role of a defense attorney, who must defend the innocence of a presumably guilty client no matter how awful the circumstances appear. Phoenix is up against the most formidable prosecutor yet, as the enigmatic, hard-boiled “Godot” wants to bring him down at any cost. Players must gather evidence, investigate crime sites, sort through contradictory testimony, and combat evil agendas to guarantee justice. The iconic “psyche-lock” interrogation weapon from the previous edition, “Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Justice for All,” returns, forcing players to endure even more difficult courtroom standoffs to solve the case. Maya Fey is a brilliant young girl who assists Phoenix in his trials; she uses her psychic abilities to help him in a situation. Godot, the mysterious, hard-boiled prosecutor, appears. Relive Mia’s rookie days in the past and Phoenix’s current cases in the present as two lawyers. There are two unique gameplay segments: survey crime sites, interview witnesses, and gather evidence for use in court. Court phase – present results from the investigation to support your case, listen to testimony, and interrogate witnesses. “Psyche-Lock” system – use a succession of accurate questions to break down vital witnesses or capture them.
