The player of Rogue Ops assumes the role of Nikki Connors, a former Green Beret whose husband and child are murdered by the vicious terrorist organization Omega 19. After that, she became a member of Phoenix, a counter-terrorism organization known for its harsh methods, to exact her vengeance.
