Two-and-a-half years have gone into Super Mario Sunburn. Super Mario Sunshine becomes everything. In 2002. Open world Stage-hop freely. Multiple missions: Gather shines in any order. Collecting doesn’t return you to the hub. As many acts as possible have blue coins. Stages now have 30–60 coins. Custom stages: I made three custom stages. -Establish win conditions: Corona Mountain unlocks with 70 shines. The Shadow Mario patch unlocks Corona Mountain after beating Shadow Mario on all stages. -Enhanced features include a restored ciao music clip, a shadow Mario health bar, a hover nozzle that can move on ceilings, skippable cut scenes, and blue coins that do not urge saving. Finally, red coins count as two ordinary coins, and holding z when leaving the region returns you to the shine selects screen. + A new game is a real reward for completing all 120 shines.
