These are the Sims. The Sims Bustin’ Out is the second game in the console series and the first game in the Sims franchise that was unavailable for play on a personal computer. It had the same 3D landscape and engine as the previous game, but it added some elements from The Sims expansion packs, including those for The Sims: Hot Date, The Sims: Superstar, and The Sims: Livin’ Large. In the fourth quarter of 2003, Bustin’ Out was available on the Game Boy Advance, GameCube, PlayStation 2, Xbox, and N-Gage gaming consoles. The game’s name implies that the Sims can leave the house and travel to places like the Shiny Things Lab or the Casa Caliente. There are two modes to choose from. Freeplay Mode is an open-ended gameplay mode similar to the original The Sims PC game. On the other hand, Bust Out Mode features a mission-based gameplay system.
