The narrative of the 502nd Parachute Infantry Regiment of the famous 101st Airborne Division dropped behind German lines on D-Day, inspired the film Brothers in Arms. The player must accomplish real-life objectives for the 101st while playing this game based on the real-life historical operation known as “Mission Albany.” Pfc. Jack Courtland, Pfc. Stephan “Obi” Obrieski, Pvt. Larry Allen, Pvt. Johnny Rivas, Pvt. Michael Desola, Pvt. David Muzza, Pfc. Thomas “Zano” Zanovich, Pvt. Michael Garnett, and Pvt. Dale “Kid” McCreary makes up Baker’s squad. Also on Baker’s team is Corporal. Joe ” Pfc. Kevin Benjamin “Legs” Leggett is assigned to serve as the Radioman. This is one of three squads that Platoon Sgt. Greg “Mac” Hassay is responsible for this. During the First World War, “Mac” served under Sgt. Baker’s father, a man for whom “Mac” had great respect. Mac made a vow to himself that he would mold Sgt. Baker into a capable soldier.
