Dance Summit 2001: Bust A Move is a Rhythm and Music video game created by Metro and published by Square Enix in 2000 in Japan. The game was first made available in that country in that same year. The first two Bust A-Move games were structured similarly to a traditional dance-off between two people. You either danced against a computer opponent or another human player, and the winner was determined by who had the best moves overall. The method that was used for Dance Summit 2001 was a little bit different. There is now a team of four dancers instead of only two. You will continue to compete against the other three dancers in your squad, but you will also have the opportunity to collaborate with your team to perform a more diverse range of moves.
