Castle Shikigami 2

SS2 is a sci-fi-themed shooter with a vertically scrolling format and is the sequel to the game Shikigami no Shiro. The gameplay is very similar to other games in the same genre. It puts you in control of a little fighter as you attempt to go through multiple stages loaded with hostile ships that charge you and attack you in various patterns. The game includes seven unique characters, each possessing psychic powers that manifest themselves in-game as bomb-type attacks and other special moves. In addition, the game consists of a story mode for each character, in which they each have unique dialogue and plot-sequences for each boss fight. A weapon system quite similar to the one used by Psyvariar is also present. Using this system, you can increase your rate of fire and power by scraping incoming bullets.
