D1 Professional Drift Grand Prix Series

The exciting art of drifting is recreated in the D1 Grand Prix, which includes all of the cars, tracks, drivers, and physics that have made the D1 Grand Prix the pinnacle series in drift racing. Players can choose from 39 American and Japanese drivers and vehicles from Toyota, Honda, Mazda, Subaru, Pontiac, and other manufacturers. This is the second game in Japan’s D1 Professional Drift Grand Prix Series (short: D1 Grand Prix). There is updated D1 Grand Prix data from the 2005 racing season and new cars and courses, including over ten technical systems. Wheel support for GT Force and GT Force Pro is also included. For American gamers (this is the first game in the series), the game has remained faithful to the Japanese original (including all the real pro Japanese drivers). The game’s brutal commentator team has been redone with snide English-language voices, and a tutorial mode has been added to teach players the unique demands of professional drift racing.
