You play the role of Dante, the demonic slayer, once more in the sequel to the original Devil May Cry game, which is called Devil May Cry 2.
You take control of Dante as you fight demons over a variety of levels in order to ultimately reach the finale and discover why these demons are trying to destroy everyone. You have access to your trusted sword and a variety of attributes once more, and you also get access to additional moves, like as sprinting on walls, aerial kicks, and multi-directional shooting, to assist you in completing your goal.
This time around, Dante will not be on his own because you will be working alongside a companion named Lucia. Lucia is just as skilled of an assailant as Dante is, and she employs a type of knife that she can fast throw at her adversaries in combat.
All of the special abilities from the original game have been carried over into the sequel and can once again be used by your Devil Trigger, which has been upgraded for this installment.
