Is it feasible that the Z-Warriors have a French accent? How about those authentic-sounding voices?! This ROM hack, which includes the French voices and the OST of the anime, does not, unfortunately, include all of the game modes in their entirety. The modes that include the French voices are the Dragon World Tour, Duel, and especially the Dragon History. Due to the fact that Budokai Tenkaichi 3 features “special” quotes during free fighting, certain lines, such as “Son Goku (early) VS Vegeta (detector”), have been translated into French.
Over 150 playable characters, improved fighting techniques, beautifully refined effects, and shading techniques, which make each character’s effects more realistic, and over 20 battle stages all contribute to the extreme 3D fighting experience that is provided by Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3, which improves upon last year’s game in a number of ways. This is the final chapter in the Budokai Tenkaichi series, and it features over twenty new characters who have never appeared in any other Dragon Ball Z video game. Some of these characters include Nail, King Cold, and King Vegeta, and the fight stages will be ones that fans will like.
