The first-person shooter video game Fugitive Hunter: War on Terror is available for the PlayStation 2 and the personal computer. In Europe, the game was titled America’s 10 Most Wanted. It was developed by Black Ops Entertainment and launched in 2004; it received negative reviews because of its archaic graphics and unsatisfying boss encounters modeled after fighting games. Both the European and American versions have somewhat different background music and a slightly varied roster of terrorists, with Saddam Hussein being exclusive to the European release. The game’s production started before the terrorist attacks on September 11th, according to a documentary clip that may be unlocked within the game itself. Osama bin Laden would ultimately play the role of the game’s principal adversary after becoming a more important character in the game as a direct result of the attacks and the continuous development of the game.
