You are given the position of Takashi Kagetani, a reporter for the Tonichi Times, and Emi Katagiri offers you a case to investigate. You become interested in the subject. While she is reading Takashi’s article that is headlined “unsolved serial killer cases,” she comes across a murder case that she recognizes from the notebook that her grandfather kept. She makes a request for assistance to Takashi, and the two of them end up becoming entangled in the investigation of the “Cinema Mansion Serial Murder,” which took place more than seventy years ago.

Emi becomes spiritually lost with a shattered heart, and Takashi is cast in the role of the first victim’s prodigal son, Kazuya Nanase when the two of them enter the ancient mansion together one day in quest of some clues and get swept back in time.

You are racing against the clock as you try to figure out who the mysterious killer is, how the victims are chosen, and why you were never able to find out anything about this mysterious Kazuya Nanase character, who apparently witnessed all of the killings. As the plot starts to come together, you realize that you are in a situation where you are trying to figure out who the mysterious killer is.

The events of the story take place over the course of three days and take place just within the Yoshinodou family’s home. According to master Yoshinodou’s last will and testament, all of his offspring must first spend three consecutive days together at the mansion before the document may be read. The three days during which anyone who is staying in the mansion runs the risk of their own death. However, if you wait until the very last hour, you will find out a great many hidden truths about this home, its history, and the background narrative of the people who used to live there.
