Gran Turismo 2000

At the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) in 2000/2001, a demo called Gran Turismo 2000 was played to promote the Gran Turismo series as well as the capabilities of the PlayStation 2. Gran Turismo 3: A-Spec is the title that will appear on the game’s final version, which was renamed after the game’s release date was pushed back. Visitors to the PlayStation Festival 2000 were given a demo version of the game, allowing them to race a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution V around the Seattle Circuit for two minutes.
