Grandia III

This long-running role-playing game series debuted on the PlayStation 2 with the upward-bound sequel. Players will initially take on the role of Yuki, a young man with aspirations of becoming a pilot in an airplane. Soon after, he is introduced to Alfina, a talented “Communicator” who can’t the “Guardian” gods who watch over the world but are dealing with some issues within her own family. The two soon realize that the lands they adore are on the verge of being destroyed and that, working together, they may be able to save the good people of the world and shape the future of the world for future generations. The unique battle system used throughout the Grandia series is featured in an improved form in Grandia III. This system is intended to combine the strategic empowerment of turn-based decision-making with real-time combat’s immediate and urgent nature.
