Heroes of Might and Magic: Quest for the Dragon Bone Staff

The classic, turn-based gameplay established by the Might and Magic series makes its way to the PlayStation 2 in this release. This release brings the Might and Magic formula to a new platform, along with graphical improvements and new features designed to make good use of the console’s power. The players select a hero to lead them across the realm to defeat evil, increase their power, and retrieve an extremely potent item known as the “Dragon Bone Staff.” The player can choose to lead his army on side adventures to defeat wanted criminals or recruit powerful allies in a blend of role-playing games (RPG) and strategy elements familiar to veterans of the game’s many incarnations on the PC. While doing so, the player should keep an eye out for clues to the location of the elusive Dragon Bone Staff along the way. When the relic is ultimately discovered, there is a minimal probability of being unprotected. The winner of the decisive battle may be determined by the knowledge and abilities gathered by the hero during the quest that takes them to the staff.
