You play a smuggler, as the game’s title suggests—a smuggler who transports illegal weapons, illegal drugs, or various other materials. You are a prime target because you possess these illicit items. A target for law enforcement, a target for rival smugglers and gangs, and a target for more aggressive US forces. If you can survive the high-speed chases, off-road evasion, gunfire, and dust… you could make a lot of money. Perhaps enough to outfit your vehicle for your next smuggling trip. Something that will make the next run less dangerous.
