The year is 2030, and the game events occur two years after the first Metal Slug game. The main antagonist of the series, General Morden, joins forces with Oguma, the president of Oguma Enterprises and the world’s technological leader. Marco Rossi, Fio Germi, Tarma Roving, and Eri Kasamoto embarked on a mission to dissolve both parties because they believed that an alliance between them would only serve to increase Morden’s military power.
