The number of people living on Earth has increased, which is a primary factor in the construction of enormous skyscrapers. The wealthy and the middle class dwell in these towers, while the mentally ill, illegal immigrants, and criminals make their homes at the very bottom, in the seedy neighborhood. Only when they are performing maintenance on the foundation will people venture down there. Recent events at the “Real Meat Factory” have resulted in the disappearance of a group of engineers, prompting the Urban Protection Agency (UPA) to dispatch a team to investigate.

The third-person shooter that is Project Eden places a strong focus on logical problem-solving. The player assumes control of four different UPA agents throughout the course of the game. These agents are Carter Dorlan, Andre Herderman, Minoko Molensky, and Amber Torrelson. It is necessary to make regular use of the heroes’ individual special abilities in order to progress through the game and solve the various riddles it contains. Minoko can hack into computer terminals, gaining access to information and controlling cannons, robots, tanks, and other machines; Amber can shoot pulse laser bolts and missiles, and she is unaffected by dangers such as flames, poison gas, electricity, cold temperatures, and so on. Carter can conduct interviews with suspects and open locked doors. Andre uses a special Omnitool to repair broken equipment or machinery.

The characters in the game frequently need to work together to find solutions to the challenges they face. The action can be filmed either from the first-person or the third-person point of view. The game also includes a multiplayer option, which allows up to four players to compete against one another in either a cooperative or deathmatch setting.
