Ratchet: Deadlocked

Ratchet and Clank are kidnapped and made to compete on a reality show based on a combat sport that takes place underground. A deranged media mogul named Gleeman Vox runs the show, featuring kidnapped heroes battling for their lives against a horrific gang of deadly Exterminators. Gleeman Vox plans to use Ratchet and Clank as his next contestants in the show. It doesn’t take long for Vox to conclude that Ratchet is the most promising competitor the show has ever encountered. Our protagonist, Vox, is forced to participate in several bloody conflicts and intricate games of death, much to the delight of the show’s massive audience. Ratchet has no choice but to join in the fun and keep the show’s ratings high with spectacular victories to protect himself and his friends. This will need to continue until our heroes can figure out a way to break free from Vox’s control and bring the mighty Vox Network crashing down.
