The story focuses on Alec Sects as he attempts to negotiate with the many Nostra factions that have broken off and formed their organizations. Before traveling to New Orleans to see Senator Noah Thurgood, he eliminates the leader of the Russian faction known as The Cossack. However, a clone of the primary vehicle, the Interceptor, smashes Thurgood’s car and then escapes by generating a distraction by assaulting an IES boat. After that, Alec takes care of the man responsible for the attack, “Mad Mojo” Carter, the head of the American faction of Nostra. After arriving in Asia, Alec continues his search for his companion, Agent Vanessa Duvelle, who has been kidnapped and is being held for execution. Alec frees her and then murders McGuinty, the head of the Nostra faction representing Asians. After that, they go to the Alps, where Alec can destroy a second clone of the Interceptor. Later on, he finds out that Thurgood is still alive and is the one who plans everything. Thurgood manages to flee to the Arctic, where he constructs what he calls an “Ark.” There, he devises a scheme to flood the planet by melting the ice, after which he and a select group of individuals will rule what is left. After Alec destroys the ark, the team is instructed to proceed to their next task in Los Angeles.
