Season 2001/2002, the final game in the line of Champions League licensed products developed by Silicon Dreams (and exclusively distributed in European markets), has all 32 teams qualified for the competition and all finalists from 1960 to the present. Unlockable content includes exclusive Champions League footage, and Guy Mowbray, Barry Venison, and Gabby Logan provide in-game commentary. You can also form teams with custom players and change existing player profiles. It is possible to adjust tactics to fit the team’s character and abilities better. The gameplay is quite similar to the one found in the previous release, emphasizing accurate passing and free-flowing ball dynamics. Most new adjustments are centered on set pieces (it is now possible to aim at a player). Graphically, it employs a brand-new engine packed with features like volumetric grass and real-time lighting.
