On the desolate remnants of the planet Astara, the people who lived in the town of Rockhaven led lives that were harsh but tranquil up until the day that the Shadowraith, Dark Yabu, and his henchmen descended from the sky. They descended upon the villagers with brutality and merciless efficiency, enslaving them to work in the caves that surrounded their settlement. The caves were surrounded by their village.
Dark Yabu was responsible for the death of Vexx’s grandfather, but the young Vexx was able to sneak aboard the enemy windship without being discovered. There, hidden away in the innermost recesses of Yabu’s lair, was the lone remaining pair of Astani Battle-gauntlets. When Vexx extended his hands, the gauntlets leaped onto them and linked to his arms, bestowing upon him a variety of abilities. Vexx sets off on a journey through volcanic islands, freezing citadels, and gigantic castles in order to confront Dark Yabu, save his people, and exact revenge for the death of his grandpa. Vexx is prepared to fulfill his destiny and goes on this journey.
