Virtua Fighter: 10th Anniversary

The original arcade version of Virtua Fighter has been merged with the PlayStation 2 version of the game, titled Virtua Fighter 4: Evolution, to create Virtua Fighter 10th Anniversary. The North American version of Virtua Fighter 4: Evolution featured the addition of the Virtua Fighter 10th Anniversary mode. With the title “Virtua Fighter 10th Anniversary Memories of Decade,” the video game Virtua Fighter 10th Anniversary was sold in Japan as part of a box set that featured an art book and a DVD that detailed the history of the Virtua Fighter franchise. The 10th Anniversary edition of Virtua Fighter was never offered at retail in Europe; it was only ever made available as a promotional item there.
