At the same time a year ago, Blaze, Adam, and Axel got together for drinks to toast their victory against the criminal organization. The following morning, Axel was awakened by a frantic phone call from Eddie “Skate” Hunter, Adam’s younger brother, with whom Axel was cohabitating on the city’s outskirts. Eddie was in a panic. When Blaze and Axel arrived, they discovered that Adam and Skate’s house had been ransacked and that a photo of Adam had been bound to a wall and placed at Mr. X’s feet. After that, the city became a nightmare state, and lawbreakers ran amok again across it. When they could not get in touch with their old friend from the military, Axel and Blaze joined forces with Skate and Max Thunder to save Adam from the Syndicate and free the city. It is up to you to end Mr. X’s nefarious activities once and for all.
