Many fans of the original Vandal Hearts would probably like to see a similar combat system in the continuation of the cult game (after all, some were disappointed that in Vandal Hearts 2 all units moving at the same time). This modification allows allied and enemy units to take turns (the classic order – enemies move after the allies have finished their turn). As it turned out, this option significantly complicates the fight.
