The obvious typographical error with “Gaia” not only draws attention but also stings like a flame. Our game-changing hack will be useful in this situation. We’ve taken it upon ourselves to fix this major problem, rebranding the game as Pokémon Daia and saving your precious eyeballs.
SEARCHING FOR IDEAL
It wasn’t easy to put this change into action. It was a tedious task to switch out all the “G”s for the much more exciting “D.” We spent countless hours poring over scripts, asking every possible question, to find the best possible version. If Spherical Ice had named the hack Pokémon Daia from the start, it would have been much easier to get it done correctly. We regret to inform you that this “Gaia” never should have been, and it is for this reason that we have come to save you.
LEARNING TO ACCEPT DEFECTS
However, there was one something we couldn’t quite get our hands on: the title screen. Because of Spherical Ice’s crafty alterations to the ROM, we could not implement a permanent remedy. So, here’s a tip: when you load the ROM into your emulator, get ready to close your eyes and go by feel for the first 30 seconds, using only the A button.
