In the video game Harley-Davidson: Race to the Rally, players ride motorcycles against computer-controlled opponents as they travel from one end of the United States to the other. Twenty motorcycles have been licensed by Harley-Davidson and are intended to look like their other models, including Softail, Dyna, Touring, Sportster, etc. According to the inventors, there are over a thousand ways in which the bikes can customize their tuning, styling, and upgrade capabilities. The game’s objective is to avoid colliding with other vehicles, obstacles, and other players while accumulating points for performing actions such as jumping, drifting, drafting, kicking opponents off the track, raising your speed, and where you finish in the race. When you use the speed boost ability while driving, the game gives the impression that you are moving at a very high rate. Several perspectives of head-on collisions with debris and other elements are depicted. The game includes officially licensed tracks from musical artists such as George Thorogood, Heart, Poison, and Great White, amongst others.
