Freddie Mercury, the band’s founder and lead singer, is the most well-known member of Queen, and the video game SingStar Queen is a karaoke game that features songs from the band. The accuracy of one’s singing, measured by how well one can maintain pitch, determines how many points one receives in this game. It makes no difference if you switch octaves amid the song or what words you are singing (it doesn’t have word recognition). Therefore, your singing is evaluated based on how well you can hit the right note at the right moment.
