007: From Russia with Love

From Russia with Love is a video game starring Ian Fleming’s James Bond. The game is based on the 1957 novel, and 1963 film of the same name, with additional scenes added to make the game more action-oriented and the allegiance of the main antagonists changed. It also incorporates elements from previous Bond films to capture the era’s mood, such as the jet pack from Thunderball (1965) and the Aston Martin DB5 from Goldfinger (1964). From Russia with Love is also remarkable for being the first video game to include Sean Connery’s likeness as James Bond and the actor’s first to feature all-new voice work. From Russia with Love is the final James Bond video game released by EA Games before losing the rights to Activision in 2006.
