All-Star Baseball 2002

The 2001-2002 MLBPA rosters are included in All-Star Baseball 2002. You can play as a member of one of the active teams, or you can choose to go through time and play as historical figures such as Nolan Ryan or Reggie Jackson. You can also create your player and team for the game. The featured game modes are quick Play, Exhibition, All-Star Game, Season, Series, Home Run Derby, and Batting Practice. The cursor controls the swinging of the bat, and you may select between a mighty swing and a contact swing. If you go with the contact swing, you have even more possibilities, such as attempting to hit the opposite field. Batting is highly similar to itching in that you first choose your style of itching (one athlete can have up to six different types in his arsenal), and then you choose the area.
