Baten Kaitos: Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean

The existence of Earth, a world with continents surrounded by vast oceans, has long been dismissed as a myth. People now dwell on islands that float high in the sky. They also have “Wings of the Hearts” sprouting on their backs. Kalas is a young guy born with only one wing, which he replaced with an artificial attachment created by great artists. He is on a mission to find the killers of his grandfather and brother. He meets a girl named Xelha, who is on a mission to thwart an evil scheme threatening the country, and they join forces to combat the newly emerging evil. You not only control Kalas and his party in this game, but you also play the role of Kalas’ Guardian Spirit. Kalas will occasionally ask you questions and seek your advice. Your responses will influence Kalas’ overall demeanor and battle behavior.
