Legends of Wrestling

Legends of Wrestling is a professional wrestling video game that features wrestlers from the WWF/WWE, NWA, WCW, WCCW, AWA, ECW, and many independent promotions. Acclaim created and produced it. Legends Of Wrestling features wrestlers from various eras of professional wrestling, from old-school guys like Killer Kowalski and Bruno Sammartino to Rock’n’Wrestling stars like Hulk Hogan and Ted DiBiase to even modern wrestlers like Rob Van Dam and Eddie Guerrero. However, it’d be lying to say that Hogan wasn’t the games’ main attraction, featuring prominently on every installment’s cover. The late comedian Andy Kaufman was also featured in the second game, with the career mode allowing you to reenact his fight with Jerry Lawler. Before Acclaim dissolved, three installments were released: Legends Of Wrestling in 2001, Legends Of Wrestling II in 2002, and Showdown: Legends Of Wrestling in 2004.
