It’s Visual Concepts’ second college football game after NCAA College Football 2K2: Road to the Rose Bowl for the Dreamcast. ESPN-style gameplay gives you updates on your game and others during halftime. It has an editable roster, but NCAA athletes are usually called “John Doe” rather than their full names. Dynasty and quick-play games are available. Dynasty is a year-long journey to the National Championship.
