Road Trip: The Arcade Edition

The racing game series, Road Trip, is available for the GameCube in a version called Road Trip: Arcade Edition. This game allows you to race tiny toy vehicles through various enormous locations. Most of the vehicles are distorted on well-known makes and models of cars; nevertheless, the actual names of the models are never mentioned. You can gather any one of the dozens of different miniature vehicles. This game features several various courses, some of which appear to be scaled to the size of your racer, while others look to take place in oversized real-world surroundings, such as a house or a garden. The standard game types are available, including single races, championships, and multiplayer competitions. The more races you win, the more money you spend on upgrades and new vehicles. This game can also be linked with Road Trip: Shifting Gears if you so choose.
