Every time a player exercises, The Challenge offers a fresh, 20-minute program that includes detailed instructions, advice on technique, and encouraging words throughout the session. To help you work up a sweat and progress toward your fitness objectives, each circuit will feel different and get harder as your fitness levels rise. Users can design their own unique workouts that differ in movement, time, and difficulty, and many exercises will be made usable using the Wii Balance Board.
