A true horror milestone is the Ju-On film series. Released at a time when the majority of horror movies have devolved into repetitive rehashes or are more like depictions of torture than actual scary movies, they offer genuine scares with terrifying tales of vengeful ghosts haunting the places where their bodies were killed. AQ Interactive has produced a Wii game based on the series to commemorate the series’ initial direct-to-video release’s tenth anniversary. Ju-On: The Grudge, the name of the third movie, the first to have a theatrical release, is known under the titles “fear simulator” and “haunted house simulator,” respectively, in Europe and North America.
Ju-On: The Grudge is a unique horror game that focuses on frightening players. If you’re not the kind to become engrossed in ghost stories, you probably won’t get much enjoyment out of this book, but if you want a good scare, you’ll appreciate it. We regrettably cannot advise spending full money on it because it is so short (about equivalent to a horror movie), but if you can find it for a reasonable price, it will make for some spooky fun at your next gathering.
