The tale of Little King’s Story starts with the exploits of a little child who goes by the name Corobo.
Corobo, who is timid and doesn’t have many friends, is wandering through the forest close to his town when he comes across a mysterious crown with incredible power. Soon after, he realizes that the crown bestows upon him the capacity to be charming to anyone and command that they carry out his wishes. However, the bull-knight suddenly enters and informs Corobo that he is now King of the village and that he must not take this position lightly. Howzer warns Corobo that he must not take his new role as King lightly. Corobo embarks on a journey upon his return to his lonely village, but this time in the role of King rather than as a timid little child. His goal is to transform his sleepy hamlet into a magnificent and fantastic kingdom.
Little King’s Story is the outcome of a combined heavyweight development team from some of Japan’s most major franchises. The game has significant contributors from the Harvest Moon series, Final Fantasy XII, DragonQuest VIII, Mario & Luigi RPG, Kingdom Hearts, and Chulip.
