“The narrative of Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles is based on Resident Evil 2, and it features Claire Redfield and Leon S. Kenney, two well-known figures. It will make playing “Chronicles” survive more immersive thanks to its on-rails gameplay and active camera. Similar to the last installment, this one has first-person gameplay with intense shooting action and interactive routes.”
Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles will give die-hard fans the chance to relive some of the most iconic moments of the Resident Evil franchise while enabling new players to benefit from the intense action-horror experience that is only available on the Wii. It does this by filling in many of the plot holes that were not addressed in the original “Umbrella Chronicles.”
Gamers have the option of using an AI-controlled character to battle their foes or teaming up with a teammate in a two-player co-op. The new Evade system will make use of the Wii Remote for a more intense experience when fighting foes, adding new dimension and strategy to the arcade-style action in the “Chronicles” experience.
