Players in Air Conflicts: Secret Wars can reenact the most famous battles of the First and Second World Wars up close and personal. The game offers a lot of variety, with players flying 16 highly researched and authentic aircraft in approximately 50 fascinating missions spread across seven campaigns. The mission tasks are broad, ranging from air space clearance missions to ground bombardment, strikes on enemy convoys, and reconnaissance, escort, and patrol flights. Players can enhance their talents after each successful mission, allowing them to control their aircraft more expertly, make their aircraft more sturdy, and choose better co-pilots.
There are two control modes for the combat aircraft: arcade mode simplifies the controls, while simulation mode provides a realistic control system that is authentic to the original. Aside from the solo missions, Air Conflicts: Secret Wars can also offer various multiplayer modes for up to eight players, which can be played on a local network or over the Internet.
