Dangerous turns out to be lethal!

The player assumes the role of American marksman Cole Rainsford in the 2011 installment of Cabela’s Dangerous Hunts series. Cole has reunited with his estranged father on an African safari in order to hunt dangerous beasts that have been terrorizing distant settlements. They soon find themselves in a hopeless situation, and their only chance of life depends on their wits, their instincts, and their level of expertise.

Cabela’s Dangerous Hunts 2011 is a story of suspense, drama, and survival. It was scripted by the acclaimed screenplay and creative director Brad Santos (Resistance: Fall of Man, Tomb Raider: Legacy, The Saboteur), and the player experiences dramatic, action-packed kill-or-be-killed scenarios.

Explore a Dangerous Tale Despite the fact that the wild is home to some of the most lethal animals on the planet, this safari went wrong promises a chance for redemption—and perhaps revenge—as shadowy mysteries and family secrets are revealed under the dim light of the African moon.

The Most Dangerous Animals on the Planet — You will engage in boss battles against some of the world’s deadliest animals, including strangely aggressive wolves, grizzly bears, jackals, lions, crocodiles, and warthogs. These fights will put your desire to live to the ultimate test.

Graphics That Will Blow Your Mind – Dense, Forbidding, and Savannahs Packed with Rich Visual Detail.

Shooting Galleries – Whether you go it alone or with a group of pals, making it out alive from the new types of shooting galleries will require a high level of expertise, instinct, and cunning.

In the mode known as “Simultaneous Multiplayer,” players can compete against one another or work together to complete objectives. There are many different hunts available, and all of them can be played from the same screen (no eye-straining split screen).
