Castlevania: Harmony of Despair

Castlevania: Harmony of Despair, also known in Japan as Akumaj Dracula: Harmony of Despair (悪魔城ドラキュラ ハーモニー オブ ディスペアー, officially translated Devil’s Castle Dracula: Harmony of Despair), is a crossover platform-adventure game with a new map system that allows players to see the complete setup of the current quest area. Gameplay includes a co-op option (the PlayStation 3 release supports local and online multiplayer) that functions similarly to the “Boss Rush Mode” of earlier 2D Castlevania games but with multiple areas and objects to find before facing a boss. It also has a versus mode in which battles take place between players. Some bosses have the ability to strike players while they are on their approach to the fight. The game includes playable characters from earlier 2D Castlevania games such as Alucard, Soma Cruz, Jonathan Morris, Shanoa, and Charlotte Aulin.
