Green Lantern: Rise Of The Manhunters

The Manhunters are an android race that the Guardians of the Universe created to serve as the first intergalactic police force. The Manhunters got consumed with inflicting punishment rather than serving justice, prompting the Guardians to disband. The few Manhunters who lived fled into exile, and the Guardians established the Green Lantern Corps, a new elite police force armed with specially manufactured power rings. The Manhunters are back and ready for vengeance, preparing to wage war on the Guardians and the Green Lantern Corps. In impending disaster, the Corps looks to skilled but brash test pilot Hal Jordan as the newest recruit to maintain peace and uphold justice.
